Due to a high demand I have designed a specialised course specifically for empaths and people suffering with anxiety. In a complex world where most are affected by their surroundings this is invaluable. What is it?

EmpathOS is an 8-week online course with live Q&A calls and a community of like minded people. The course shows you how to become an empowered Empath by clearing anxiety and emotions on command.

 

How does it work?

You watch the videos, complete the action items, use the provided tools and templates. Ask questions in the private Facebook group or on the live Q&A calls, follow the process, get results.

Who is it for?

When does it start?

Since EmpathOS is an online course, it starts the moment you enroll. You can complete it in your own time and work through it as fast or slow as you wish. You get lifetime access to the course and the Facebook group.

COURSE CONTENT

 
 

In just 8 weeks, I’ll help you to protect yourself from others negative energy, here’s how:

 

Week 1 -> Intro to the journey ⌄

  • GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING ⌄

    1. General housekeeping
    2. Current self versus desired self
    3. The mirror
    4. No stories
    5. Compound effect
    6. The pond inside
  • THE METHOD ⌄

    1. Rob's quest to become a jedi knight:
      • Rob explains what experiences in his life were catalysts for developing his skill set.
      • How this method differs from other modalities and how it can underpin most energy practices.
    2. Baseline:
      • Finding the baseline and why it's such an important part of the process.
      • This will hold the mind in place while you strengthen the underlying issue.
    3. Feeling strong or weak:
      • The fundamental importance of comparing.
      • Learn how to compare the internal energy feeling in the torso when thinking about positive vs negative thoughts. You will know when something feels strong or weak.
    4. GPS and map:
      • Now that you know how to feel if something is weak, you combine this with a map so you don't get lost.
      • It's crucial that we know what is affecting us.
    5. Strengthen the weakness:
      • Learn how to strengthen that weakness.
      • Check to see if weakness has changed.
    6. Recheck baseline:
      • Check if the weakness is strong now and if the baseline is the same or different, and what to do next depending on that result.
      • Sometimes it will be the same especially at the start when you're not sure of yourself, but don't worry, there is a method for that too that we will learn.

      • Download the map to guide your intuition through this process. More structure will be added to that map each week as you go deeper.
    2. Start to be quiet and practise:
      • Everyday for a short time you will check in with yourself internally and start to become aware of different thoughts feelings etc.
      • You will start to pick things out and set a baseline,move through the map, strengthen the weakness that you find and then recheck the baseline.
    3. Tense and let go exercise:
      • This exercise will really help with comparing strong and weak. It will also prime your sensitivity and get your midline and GPS online quickly.
      • Strengthening the midline will also help your physical intelligence and central nervous system get stronger energetically which will improve health and fitness.

Thank you Rob for creating this wonderful course. I now know that one day I would like to work with others in strengthening their weaknesses and possibly one day facilitating classes too! 
Many years ago I studied with Dr Kam Yuen, did lots of online webinars, travelled overseas to LA, Canary Islands and Barcelona to attend classes and became a certified Yuen Master....even after so much commitment I felt that there was something missing in my understanding of the method. I used the strengthening tools at times with my Naturopathic and other Energetic tools but lacked confidence in using the method. 
Rob the way that you have explained the foundations of this Energetic method has been incredible in helping me understand some of the basics and in particular the importance of a baseline. I definitely need to practice more and once again familiarise myself with the geometric figures. Each day I use the method at least five times to strengthen/delete/reset something but will endeavour to delve deeper.

Hi, my name is Catarina and I have just finished this online eight-week long course by Rob Brinded called the Empath Operating System course, and I can highly recommend that education.

Having Rob as a teacher and as a coach is an honor. He is such a compassionate and kind and very very knowledgeable teacher.The first time I met Rob was two years ago and I was in a very bad shape. I have always been a highly sensitive person and people's emotions and psychological projections have always overwhelmed me. So two years ago I found myself in a very bad place. I had started to drink a lot of alcohol just to numb myself. I was depressed. I wouldn't like to go out of bed. I wasn't keen on meeting people and I would draw even from my family and those I loved so it was a struggling life back then.

I got in contact with Rob and we had two or three sessions and immediately from the first session I felt in change within myself. So this year, this summer, I'm turning 55 and I got my joy back in life. I even started my own business a year ago. And I'm now looking forward to my future with confidence.
